1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, and using the mobile applications and services provided by HeyTech (Pty) Ltd ("we", "us", or "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

HeyTech provides users with access to AI-powered tools for creating, editing, and sharing content, such as car modifications and photo enhancements (the "Service"). You understand and agree that the Service is provided "as-is" and that HeyTech assumes no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, misdelivery, or failure to store any user communications or personalization settings.

3. Privacy Policy

Your use of the Service is also subject to our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs the Service and informs users of our data collection practices.

4. User Registration

To access certain features of the Service (such as saving designs or purchasing credits), you may be required to register with HeyTech. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as prompted by the registration form.

5. Purchases and Subscriptions

Our Apps may offer products and services for purchase ("In-App Purchases") and subscription services ("Subscriptions").

• Credits/Fuel: "Fuel" or "Credits" purchased are virtual items used solely within the App to generate content. They have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Subscriptions: If you purchase a recurring subscription (e.g., Weekly or Monthly access), payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Cancellations: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store or Google Play after purchase.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload or generate content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or violates any third-party rights.
• Harm minors in any way.
• Impersonate any person or entity, including HeyTech officials.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the Service to access source code or algorithms.

7. Modifications to Service

HeyTech reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the Service, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
